    A reporter from Men's Health starts out thinking that going to therapy is "a sham, a cop-out, an excuse."  He noted that more and more men seemed to be admitting that they were looking forward to their psychotherapy sessions and decided to indulge his curiosity and face his demons.  After all, he asked himself, "who doesn't have issues?"  He ended up finding a reflection of himself!  (click on "Regular Guy" for link)

Science has given us a wealth of medications for a variety of illnesses and ailments.  While there are now some pharmacological advances that make addictions easier to manage, long-term recovery involves a lot more.
